Homzen Agent Registration Approval by Admin

I would like you to have the following features for Homzen:

Agent Account Registration must be approved by the Administrator, after the Agent confirms the email address, and after approval, the agent must set the membership period until the NEAB (Namibia Estates Agent Board) renews the agent’s license with NEAB. This is usually one year. Field: from date-to-date, on expiry, lock the agent account
Agent Registration Form: Allow us to add required custom fields, such as the agent’s NEAB registration number.
Property Listing: Allow us to give every agent ID, and when the agent lists the property, it must have the agent ID prefix, e.g., GRE000001, similar to consult ID: AB000002.

Hi,
I am referring to a feature similar to used in Shofy eCommerce where you can activate and lock vendor accounts. If you can implement similar activate and lock feature to Homzen. Giving the Administrator the roles to activate and lock Agent accounts.
