Nest Laravel Customization Needed, Looking for talent

Hi,

I am looking for an individual or company that can do a customization to the Nest Laravel template.

I would like to offer vendors a way to ship their products mainly using Shippo or Pirate Ship (https://www.pirateship.com/), but in addition it would be nice if they could connect their own USPS, UPS or FedEx account. Currently, Shippo is only available on the Admin side.
