I received a complaint from the administrators with O365 mailboxes that they did not receive notifications from the Homzen CMS. However, I can confirm that all three recipient administrators were included in the notification, as shown in the email I received from the CMS. I also checked their junk mail folder and confirmed that there are no emails from the CMS.
The SMTP setup is with a private hosting provider. When I send emails directly to the O365 mailboxes from my Outlook, they receive emails in their inboxes from domains hosted by the same provider.
I’m sending emails from webadmin@goldrealestates.com, which is set up with a private hosting provider. The recipients’ addresses, xxx@goldrealestates.com and xxx@visanam.com, are all configured in O365. The webadmin@goldrealestates.com mailbox is not created in O365 and doesn’t receive any emails; it only serves as the SMTP server since I’m having issues setting up O365 in the CMS.
Please assist urgently.
