1 - For products that have free installation service, we just provide free installation service for hosting using cPanel or Direct Admin. If you’re using VPS, you need to install cPanel or Direct Admin. We don’t provide installation service on localhost.

Note: it’s based on Laravel framework, so the root folder for it is /public. You shouldn’t install it on a sub-folder, use a subdomain is better than a sub-folder. (we won’t support installing our product on the sub-folder).

2 - When you customize your application, our support team cannot help with issues from your customization.

3 – We try for a fast reply to your tickets, but as described on our support tab, response time may be up to 3 business days. Too many issues/features questions that do not include in the support service will slow down our reply time. Please investigate yourself before opening a ticket or posting a comment.
